VIRTUAL Business Systems was founded in 1992 by Allan P. London . Since that time we have built over a hundred business models for manufacturing, retail and wholesale distribution, software development, internet service companies, non-profit, and financial services companies.  We have also designed and implemented financial reporting and budgeting systems for small businesses as well as enterprise wide divisional budgeting and reporting systems for companies with hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.  

We provide our clients with state-of-the-art management tools which include a documented and standardized approach to business modeling.  All of our models are built in MS Excel with Visual Basic and include a structured menu system to provide for data entry, version control, unlimited combinations of "what-if" scenarios, printing, e-mailing and collaborative building of models.  We document our models with written user instructions and systems documentation.  Training our users in the use of their model is considered an integral part of any engagement.
